What is the diagnostic?

The diagnostic is a focused working session. It is not a sales call or discovery meeting. You’ll get a real, structured conversation designed to map your problem precisely and determine the right intervention.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear picture of what’s broken, why it’s happening, and exactly what a SixHourFix engagement would involve. If the diagnostic shows that a SixHourFix intervention isn’t the right tool for your situation, I’ll recommend an alternative.

What happens in the session?

1

Before the session

You’ll receive a short pre-work brief with a few focused questions about the situation, the people involved, and the outcome you’re working toward. It takes 15 minutes to complete.

2

In the session (approximately 90 minutes)

We’ll have a conversation and I'll share my read. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear diagnosis and a proposed intervention design.

3

After the session

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a written summary of: the diagnosis, the proposed intervention, the session structure, the success criteria, and the investment. If you proceed with the engagement, the $1,500 diagnostic fee is credited in full.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any leader, business owner, or organisation sponsor who has a leadership or team problem they want to resolve. It’s most useful for situations where you know something is wrong but you’re not sure of the precise cause, or where you’ve tried other approaches, and they haven’t worked.

Both options are available. Clair is Melbourne-based and available in person in Melbourne and surrounding areas. Online sessions are available nationally. There is no difference in the quality or outcome of the diagnostic based on format.

The $1,500 is deducted from the total engagement fee. If the engagement is $5,000, you pay $3,500 at the start of the engagement.

You keep the written diagnosis and the clarity about what your situation actually requires. Clair will recommend alternative extended engagement approaches or providers where she can. You won’t be left without direction.

Current availability is shown in the booking calendar below. Most clients are booked within 5–10 business days.
